The providers we rely on to run this application are:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and account storage
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery
• Cloudflare — file storage and protection against automated abuse
• Resend — sending notification and support emails

Cloudflare Turnstile

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against spam, abuse, and automated access. Information collected by Turnstile is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy practices. For more information, please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Our databases and file storage are hosted in the United States. If you access this application from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

How Long We Keep Your Information

While your account is active, we keep your information so the application can work. If you ask us to delete your account, or your organization stops using the service, we keep the information for 30 days and then delete it permanently.

Those 30 days exist so that an accidental deletion, a lapsed payment, or a billing dispute can be put right without losing your work. After that window the data is gone and we cannot recover it. We may keep a limited record for longer only where the law requires it — for example, invoices we are obliged to retain for tax purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@surveysa.app or submit a request through the application. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. If your account was created for you by your employer, we may need to involve them in the request.

Organizations and Their Data

This application is used by organizations. Where your account was created by an organization — for example your employer — that organization decides what information is held about you and its own privacy practices apply alongside this policy. We handle that information on the organization's behalf and according to its instructions. Requests about data an organization controls may need to be directed to that organization.

Children's Privacy

This application is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
